From the time I could hold a crayola crayon, I’ve always been fascinated by portraiture. I love to create smooth skin textures of various tones. I also am captivated by eyes–the windows to the soul.

I work exclusively with Prismacolor Brand colored pencils, usually on cold pressed Bristol board, hot-pressed watercolor paper or colored matte board. This allows me to capture the rich complexions of skin tones from one end of the spectrum to the other!
